Stanley Robotics is a highly ambitious robotics start-up launched in Jan. 2015. Set to revolutionise the car-parking world with an automated valet service, our robots can move any vehicle. We don’t just want to make the experience of car parking better: we want to get rid of it altogether!

Already seeing strong growth with several key accounts (parking operators), Stanley Robotics has raised funds from big name investors and in 2017 will be rolling out several very large-scale projects.

Your challenge

  • Establish a structured and creative on-boarding path for new employees, after discussion with SR management and selected team members
    (e.g.: welcome kit, greeting by SR team, package “discover SR in 1 day” (vision/mission, scorecard, values, organization, meet the exec. team...)
  • Implement with new employees
  • Collect feedback from experience, “discovery reports” ...
  • Monitor and iterate

Importance of the mission:
Significant. At Stanley Robotics, we set the bar of execution speed very high. Target of this internship project is to create fascination and give all tools on Day One, so that any new crew member is fully operational as early as Day Two!

Possibility of additional mission during the internship: creation of a hub for start-ups in our new headquarters
